N400 pending supervisor review

I had the N400 interview 45 days ago in Charlotte,online status have not changed" POST DECISION ACTIVITY=UNDER SUPERVISOR REVIEW".
Do they always post ther decision online,or they might just send it via regula mail?

The online case status is somewhat unreliable - sometimes it gets updated, sometimes it does not.
You may well receive a written decision without seeing a change in the online case status.

Don't rely on it. And, apparently MOST applications are reviewed by a supervisor just to be safe.
