I have GC based on asylum which was approved because my percecution (arrested for attending home chuch in home country)

In N400, have you ever been arrested........?

1. Should I answer yes?
2. What is the possible consequence of answering yes?
 
Dont lie!! When they do background checks they will check your name on the country of birth and here in the United States.

My mother filled out my N-400 application and I went to my interview yesterday she put that I was never arrested, which was not true.

I brought in my court disposition letter and they still wanted more documents.

I did not swear in yesterday.

Very sad =(
 
I presume you already told them about the arrest during your asylum hearings, and they approved your asylum and green card with knowledge of the arrest. So it's not going to be a problem unless you say you were arrested.
