Hi
I filled my n400 last week and submit all the documents to a lawyer.today he gave me copy which he sent uscis and I found bunch of errors in it.
1. My elder daughter A no is wrong
2. My younger daughters birth day is wrong
3. The days I spent out of USA's total is wrong
4. I don't have a middle name he put part of my first name as middle(I have 2 first and 2 last names).
He said to me I can correct these errors in the interview but I am very worried.someone please tell me what to do.your help is highly appreciated.

how come you didnt know how to answer those forms? you know yourself better than the lawyer. did your lawyer answer the page where it says if somebody helped you filling out those forms?

I gave him all the details correctly and he said he will give me a copy to review before he send to uscis but he sent it without doing that and handed me the copy which he sent.this is not my mistake.
Yes he mentioned his details in front of the page.

Do I have to inform uscis regarding this? I didnt get the receipt yet and uscis did not cash my check so far.im confused.is there any way to submit a new n400?

if that happened to me, i wouldnt pay him. you can tell in your interview the truth.. that he filed it for you and the mistakes was his

Thanks house2013
I'm hoping to write a letter to uscis stating these errors as soon I get the receipt number and attach a fresh n400 with it.i m finding more errors now.oh god.i didn't make a single mistake.i should have done this my self . I need expert advice on this.

No need to write a letter. Just take a copy of the forms filled in correctly.

By the way, a lawyer is mostly a waste of time and money for normal N400 applications, not to mention that most of them are terrible.

Thank u very much cafeconleche, ur comment gave me great relief. I take the correct forms to the interview.

If your own A number was incorrect that could be a big problem, but you can sort out those other discrepancies at the interview. Remember to bring your birth certificate, your daughter's birth certificate, and a copy of her green card because the interviewer may ask for those documents as part of resolving the discrepancies with the names and DOB and A-number.
