N400 - Emp History - Side Biz

Hey Guys

I registered a company (LLC, single member) while I was on EAD. Never technically used, except filing taxes and state fee requirements.

In the N400 app, under employment history, do i need to list that biz name (as it falls under 5yr).

Did any one of you have experience doing this.
