N400 @ Detroit - Watchout

My friend went through the naturalization interview twice and although his English is pretty good the officer in both cases did not get to the civics/history questions. The officer seems to be new, inexperienced and a bit racist. The officer terminated the interview early on and even failed him in the civics questions that my friend was not even asked about! I just wanted to let the Michiganders know to watch out for that officer. My friend is planning to appeal on the grounds that the officer should not have failed him on something that he was not quizzed on!

Every interview is video taped by USCIS feild office, he needs to get a lawyer and ask for a copy of the tape, and then sue them. If he apeals it, it will go no where.

I am sure your message below is fully intended to help other local applicants, but to ensure it really helps, your friend needs to divulge the name of that officer. I hope he caught the officer's name?
