N400 case# and online status

Hi Guys,

I just receive NOA for my n400 application. My questions are:
1.My case # starts with LIN, is it normal?
2.There is no online status--says wrong case#
3.At the end of the NOA,it says"You should expect to be notified within 540 days of this notice."--- is it really take that long for Chicago.

Chicago happened to be one of the faster DO. I think they are processing September/October 2004.
