Hi I gave my interview yesterday. I passed a test and my IO gave me a letter stating my application has been recommended for approval. However I forgot to mention about my 2 day Niagara falls canada trip during interview. I also havent mention my canada trip in n400 form. Should I need to worry about not getting oath letter?

How many days in the last five years did you spend outside the US? If it wasn't too many, I don't think this will be an issue as it seems to have been an honest mistake. If, however, you barely have enough days, then you might want to tell them, but even in that case, I do not think a two-day trip, unless it would mean you wouldn't have qualified for physical presence, would come back to haunt you.

Yes I went to Nepal for around two month which I mention in n400 but I forget to mentionniagara Falls Canada 2 day trip. Since I already finish interview . Hope this won't affect my oath decision.

You shouldn't have a problem.
