Need some advice. I pre-qualify next month (4yrs 9 months) and was thing about sending out my application without a lawyer. Is it wise or should I get a lawyer? THX!

Unless you have arrests or something, a straightforward application is very simple.

Thank you both. I will attempt to do it myself as I don't have any arrests.
One more question, I'm paying back taxes (I arranged a payment plan with IRS) and was wondering if this will affect my application. I currently owe about $14,ooo and am paying monthly payments.
