STILL NOT RECEIVED INTERVIEW LETTER

can you please help me ,what i have to do next ,i call them they didnot give me any information.this is my second application first application they denied they toll me ididnot stay five years .now i apply second application now almost 5 months no reply.thank you

Call the 800 number and ask to speak with a 2nd level IO , they should have a answer for you

Welcome to the forum. According to 2nd level IO, we should have IL within 30 to 90 days after receiving the Yellow Letter. You should call them and ask about status of your application.

I think you have waited far too long. Call 800# and/or get an INFOPASS and talk to them.

Also check what what status does it shows online - it is a possibility that the IL was lost in the mail.
