N400 - Any other docs ?

I'm getting ready for the interview which is just a few weeks away.

So far i have the following:

Applying on 5 yrs based.

1) Interview Letter
2) Passport ( Current + Expired Ones )
3) Driver License
4) Marriage Certificate
5) Birth Certificate
6) SSN Card

7) 4 Pictures
8) Employment letter - Current
9) Utility Bill
10) Pencil, Pens
11) New Application
12) GC
13) Payment Plan from State Tax Office


Do I need the following:

1) Tax transcripts
2) Letter from Selective Service – I was not eligible when I came. I was on H1 first.

The latter for sure!
Your application will be just amended.
And even if you need a new one (which you won't), I'm sure they have one at a USCIS District Office.

If you have a fax machine handy its only a matter of a 5 minute phone call to get your tax transcripts faxed over. I had taken mine just to be safe but did not need it. It can potentially prove a lot of things using just one document; residency/address, income, marriage/status, no tax dues, SSN etc.

YES. But it is common and I am sure you must be enjoying the stress and the interview prep. and all the other stuff. Enjoy the excitement!!!
You will feek bored after you become USC..

If there anhy changes to the application form, the IO will make the change and may ask you to sign/initials.

BTW, I assume you have prepared all the questions of civics test.

Thanks. Oh yeah. I have three more weeks left and i make it a habit to go through those questions atleast once a day.

Does anyone have any other tips to memorize those ?

I am reading only those questions on the book. Just the question and answer and not reading any detailed explaination...that should be enough correct

Just go over the questions daily ..after a while you'll notice that you can answer 95% of the questions with no problems. The other 5% will take a little longer to memorize, but don't worry..you'll do fine.

He established a payment plan with state tax department since he owes taxes. It just shows the amount he owes and how much he pays per month.

Yes bob. I got a offical letter yesterday from the State tax office about the payment plan option. They stamped the form and dated and signed it. This should be enough to show the IO right ? or do i need any more docs ?

No, that should be sufficient.
