I am getting ready to send my n-400 in, it is marriage based. I could do the 5 year based if I wait 1.5 years.
My problem is, my husband was divorced many years ago and we gave our only copy of this record during the green card process a couple of years ago. Since they have two copies already, will they reject my application if it does not have another copy with it? Getting another copy will take alot of time, he does not remember exactly were it was filed, and the state it was in does not have computer records.
