N400 - 2 failed FP, IL received, but NO RFE for Certificate of Good Conduct

Guys,
I have had FPs taken twice, as per FBI both times failed.
I just got IL for NYC DO.
Nothing was mentioned about my second failed FP and request to bring Certification of Good Conduct from the police.

The question is - when do they usually send this RFE?

I don't want to be told at the interview that no decision can be made and my case will be suspended till I provide this certificate.

From what I've read on this forum, it's not uncommon to be asked for a police clearance certificate after the interview. You may want to get a head start and apply for one ahead of the interview. You'll need a clearance certificate from every municipality you've resided in over the last 5 years.
