HI,
I know I have asked the question before but I got different responses and thus I am still confused about this point: Do I need to fill out Part 6 of the I-140 (Basic information about proposed employment) if I apply for an EB1-EA visa, or do I indicate N/A there?
As EB1-EA I know that I do not need an employment offer, but I am wondering if I should indicate there what job I expect to get after approval of the GC? Does it harm the EB1-EA application to indicate N/A on that Part 6 of the I-140, or is it expected to do so?
Thanks!
