I have to apply for a new certificate of naturalization and I had some questions. I lost my certificate around 2010 when I was moving, and just now I need it. I lost it but I didn't file a police report or anything similar. What would a sworn statement be and would I require one? I simply lost it in the move and I don't know whether I should include any other documentation.
