I needed to know if you can use form N-470 for a minor at the age of 14. Both parents are US Naturalized Citizens and the Mother will be going overseas for a possible of 2 or more years on business related work and wanted to take the son with her. The minor have been residing in US for 3 years as Green Card holder. Also can we apply for the Minor Citizenship now?

Did the child hold a GC when either parent naturalised?

You only need to apply for proof of citizenship in the form of a passport or N-600, because the child already became a US citizen as a result of the naturalization of the parents (unless there is some odd circumstance you haven't mentioned that would make the child not be a citizen, like the child was and is living separately from her parents).
