Do i have to call the customer service center number to find out what evidence was missing

Can someone tell me when will i receive my interiew date do they tell me during fingerprinting or i will receive a letter abt the interiew date.

Interview Date after fingerprint verification

I believe fingerprint verification has to be done and cleared before interview.

It would be a good idea to call the support center and ask them for missing evidence. So, that you can work on it sooner than later.

You probably got a "receipt with exception" and some standard text about "missing evidence" in the receipt notice. I got one of those myself as probably do about half the people in this forum. It is a very common thing and does not mean very much so don't worry about it until the interview.
An N-400 application is only given a brief cursory inspection by the officer who enters it into the system and assigns the case number.
The first substantive review of the case is done by the IO conducting the interview and nobody will be able to tell you much of substance before then.
You can of course call the NSC customer service number (in fact it is probably a good idea to do this, just in case), but they really don't know anything about anything.

One thing that does seem to always result in a 'receipt with exception" notice is if you ansered "yes" to any of the questions regarding convictions, arrests etc on N-400. In that case you'll certainly need to bring all the necessary supporting evidence to the interview, as explained in "A Guide to Naturalization". (As far as I can tell they usually issue a "receipt with exception" even if you do include all the necessary documents regarding the arrests/conviction/citation stuff with an N-400 application).

No, they do not tell you during fingerprinting when you'll get an interview letter. There is no way to predict when you will get an interview letter. This depends mostly on how quickly the background checks, especially the FBI name check, will be done. Could be anything from a few days to a few years.

I agree with "baikal3", probably, it is the standard format for those people who answered "Yes" to any of those questions. Because both me and my wife have received the same receipt notice. We both have had some minor speeding tickets in past and none those are serious (fine ranges from $70 to $105). For these minor tickets they do not need any evidence at all, but still the notice mentioned "missing evidence". I am in Texas Service Center.
