N-400: Self-employed moved from one apt to another. What to write in part 6?

While being self-employed, I have moved from one apartment to another. Should I write both addresses or not?

Employer…………Employer Address…………Dates

Self-employed……Home Address A……………1/10/07-5/10/07
Self-employed……Home Address B……………5/10/07-present
