Guys, I'm confused, what are they really saying:

Under section: Selective Service Registration:
"Are you a male who lived in the US at any time b/w your 18th and 26th birthdays, in any status except as a lawful non-immigrant.

I mean, I was in USA, 17 - 26 yrs age, as F-1 and then H-1
So Do I say "No" here, right ?

If you were here as an F-1 and then an H-1 between the ages of 17 and 26, then you were in a lawful non-immigrant status, and the Selective Service Registration does not apply to you. The answer to the question for you is No.

Also, if you were 27+ on 9/22/2004 then the answer is no.
