Hi guys and ladies, well well well time is coming lol, i got some questions and i would like for u guys to help me with it, Thanks alot.

Question 1- is, on the very top of the N-400 Application it says.

Print clearly or type your answers using CAPITAL letters. Failure to print clearly may delay your application. Use black ink. so, should i write all the application with Capital L .?

Question 2- Part 6. Information about your residence and employment.
Where have you worked (or, if you were a student, what schools did you attend) during the last five years? Include military service.
Begin with your current or latest employer and then list every place you have worked or studied for the last five years. If you need
more space, use a separate sheet of paper.

I have never worked since i arrived to the USA, and i dont know if this can cause a problem when i go to my interview, but i have had been in some English lessons. should i mention that? that i took english lessons or they meant different active school and college?? because the lessons were no more than 1 year and in a different schools and colleges.

Now last question for today lol.
D. Good Moral Character.

16. Have you ever been arrested, cited or detained by any law enforcement officer
(including USCIS or former INS and military officers) for any reason?

I checked yes, the reason is because of my only 1 speeding ticket, Now i was giving ticket worth $250 i paid it with no problem, but if u scroll down on N400 application u will see.

[Why were you arrested, cited, detained or charged?]
I put <Speeding Ticket> now this what i dont understand, what option should i use.
[Outcome or disposition of the
arrest, citation, detention or charge(No charges filed, charges dismissed, jail, probation, etc.)?

by the way i dint go to jail or anything,

Thanks for help.

Name is requested in CAPS to avoid any possible confusion in letters. Rest of application can be in caps as well, or lower case.

Not having worked is not an issue, but expect to be asked and show evidence how you supported yourself all this time.

1 minor speeding ticket is not an issue for naturalization. Just bring court documents to interview in case IO asks for evidence.

Hi and thanks for help.

1- my spouse supporting me, what proof do i need to submit?

2- about speeding ticket . i dint go to court it was just a fine.

1. No need to submit any documentation, you are married and if your spouse makes enough $$$ to support you and your kids (if you have any), then it is sufficient for the officer. All you have to tell the officer, I don't have to work because my spouse is providing all financial support.

2. Just go the court in which you paid the fine, ask for a court record showing the offense or payment, and the matter was handled satisfactory.

which 1 should i check!
No need to enter the course names, just add schooling along with period.
For speedng ticket you would not have to disclose it if it didn't require for you to go to court to plead to it.

Thanks alot, But i see some people who checked the 4 Questions with Yes.

#15. Have you ever committed a crime or offense for which you were not arrested?

#16. Have you ever been arrested, cited, or detained by law enforcement officer for any reason?

#17. Have you ever been charged with committing any crime or offense?

#18. Have you ever been convicted of a crime or offense?

So speeding ticket isn't citation? or Offense?

so should i check them all, and add an explanation sheet that it was a speeding ticket!

So speeding ticket isn't citation? or Offense?
A speeding ticket that does not require you to go to court is not a citation, but is an traffic offense. There's no wrong or right way to answer when it comes to minor speeding tickets as you'll be able to clarify it with the IO at interview if he asks.

So, what should to do now. check NO to all of them!?
Check NO to all of them since your speeding ticket wasn't a citation.
However, if you're paranoid about it answer YES to question 17 only and bring evidence that the ticket was paid to interview. This is really a non issue for eligibility for naturalization.
