Do we need to print N-400 back-to-back or can it be printed on seperate pages?

I'm pretty sure it would be better if you printed them on separate pages.

One more silly question

Guys,
whats date do you put on the N400 form, the date you actually signed it and mailed it? Or the date of 5(30) y - 90 days in case you mail it a day-two in advance?
