Isn't it very obvious that one address has the phrase "Attention N-400 Unit" and that's the one that should be used? Hence, I am confused with your confusion?
 
Do we really have to be answering questions like these

The USCIS website actually has a map that gives you the address of the service center where the application should be sent if you click on your state of residence.
Is that really too much to do?. If you have access to the internet( you obviously do, how else did you post), go the the USCIS website and find that information with two clicks of a mouse.
