Question on N 400 while submitting documents:
As per the check list documents -" If you have taken any trip outside the USA that lasted six months or more since becoming a Permanent Resident, send evidence that you (and your family) continued to live, work and/or keep ties to the United States:
As per this rule - my situation goes likes this I am green card holder from June 2002 and later I applied for Re entry permit and left USA from Nov 2002 and came back to USA in June 2004 and from then onwards I am staying here.
I have filed tax returns for 2002 ( for couple of months I worked here) and did not file Tax return for the year 2003 ( as I was not here ) and from 2004 onwards filed tax returns. Do I need to enclose tax returns from 2002 onwards, if so, I did not have 2003 return ( how can I show evidence that I continue to live, work and keep ties to the United States) , can I submit non file tax return copy from IRS while sending my N 400 application. Will my application be accepted by Immigration authorities?
Appreciate if some one can respond.
Thanks in advance
