N-400 Previous Address Question

Hi,
i am in the process of applying for Naturalizaiton and filling out N-400 form. I have question regarding mentioning all previous addresses where you live for last 5 years.

My problem is I have one parmanent address since last 5 years but i also rent an apartment under my name since last 4 years. All my tax returns, bills are received at my parmanent address.

should i have to mention my "Apartment address" under list of all addresses? does it create any confusion?

They are requesting your residential address..the place where you physically lived during the last 5 years.

Is it ok if I receive utility bills on my name for other address? do u think if it will create any problem in background search?
I have already been stuck in name check delima once durin my GC application and don't want everything to happen again..:)
