Thanks ! The instructions say that the photo should be taken with a "bare head" ? What does that mean? Are eye glasses ok in the photo? Sorry for belaboring this issue. But any clarification would be appreciated.

Bare head mean no hats. Eye glasses are fine (not sunglasses) as long as there's no glare in picture:
