N-400 --> no answer from USCIS

My N-400 was received on august 24 at USCIS. I have evidence of that from the USPS.

Until today I don't have answer, the check still pending to deposit by USCIS.

My wife and my two kids are in process they already had the appointment for the fingerprints, my wife now is pending of the interview date. My kids are projected to do that in the next week. Their applications were sent after my N-400.

I called to the 1-800 two days ago and the officer was checking the system but my file hadn't information about the N-400.

Any suggestion? :confused:
 
Just wait, nothing more could be done. If your check hasn't been cashed, there's nothing much that you can do. When did your wife file for N400? Also, how old are your kids?
 
Every body in Lewisville -Dallas my wife's was received on august 17th fingerprints are already done; mine on august 24th; my son on august 26th fingerprints are scheduled for september 20th and my daugther on august 27th the fingerprint's appointment was mailed yesterday

My sons are 22 and 24.
 
She told me they have 30 days after they received it for a response. Based on that she asked me to call again on sept. 24
