N-400 Mail (VSC) - USPS 1st Class / Priority or Express mail?

What is the best choice to mail N-400 appln to VSC?

Is the mailing address the same for n-400 appn via usps first class or priority or express/fedex mail ?

Do we need to check the signature waiver on delivery confirmation?

Not sure what the best method is. I mailed mine via Priority Mail, and it got there without any problems.

I recommend you send all correspondence and applications to USCIS with delivery confirmation. This way you have proof you submitted the application and it reached the service center.

I usually go the registered mail route and have never lost an application (knock on wood).
