N-400 interiview preperation?

Quick question on the speeding ticket before my interview tomorrow. I've received one ticket 3 months back (driving 41 mph in a 25 mph zone). However, this offense happened after I had submitted my N-400 application. So I answered NO to question 15 and 18 in the N-400 form.

Should I tell the office tomorrow that I am guilty of a crime for the question
"Have you ever committed a crime?"

Please advice..

BTW, Getting traffic tickets is not a crime!!!?

Yes I did. I was asked following:

1. name War between North and South
2. Who becomes president when both president and vice president are unable to do.
3. what does executive branch do
4. number of years senator is elected for
5. how many justices
6. when is independence day
7. who are members of executive branch

Please read through 100 questions, they ask them randomly.

Looks like I have a pretty steep learning curve :). I think it requires atleast 2 days of preparation. Has anyone taken the new test recently? Do you mind sharing your experiences?

I do not see these 2 questions on the test. Do they ask questions outside the test? the only question regarding the executive branch in the test is "who is in charge of the executive branch"?

Name change during interview?

Hi Dallas,
Neither am I seeing those 2 questions. Did you mean 1)What does judicial branch do 2)Who is in charge of executive branch..

Also, on a completely different note, if I make a name change during my interview tomorrow, will I receive an oath later immediately (on the same day) or later via email?

Thanks
Vatsa

You are correct regarding the questions.

I think from most posts that I have read, if you request name change during interview you will not receive same day oath.
