N-400 in New York or New Orleans ?

Hey guys! I am a NYC resident but currently attending school in New Orleans.
I am getting ready to file N400 in a few weeks. Based on your experience where would you suggest I file NYC or NO DO? I would like the process done within a year. thanks in advance for your comments, also feel free to share your timeline if you filed in any of those DOs.
 
NYC is the fastest moving DO ( 3-4 months) from what I have seen in the forum. Just look into the timelines of the folks..
 
thanks for replying. yes NYC seems the fastest but I haven't seem many New Orleans timelines to make a decision. where is ur DO
