Hi -
I recently finished walk-in FP for N-400 filed about 3 weeks ago.

I am also in the middle of starting a side-business other than my full-time job and filing for Incorporation documents/EIN etc with the State/federal within the next few days. I did not disclose this in my N-400. I cannot wait further to start this side-business due to management team's commitments. N-400 had questions related to employment/affiliations etc where none of this was disclosed.

Would it create any issues with my N-400 application?

Since my last post, there have been a few updates.
1) Finished my FP in CA. (walk in)
2) Founded a business entity in CA
3) Case status updated to interview letter sent

My questions are:
1) Is it necessary to disclose the business entity. Pros/cons?
2) I made a mistake in my N-400 application by reporting an traffic violation to occur in city-X when it occurred in city-Y. What effect it would have and how to correct?

1. Yes, disclose the business entity, unless it's not a registered business and you haven't started doing any work for it.

2. No effect, just tell the interviewer to change the city name.

Today I received 2 letters a) Interview invite and b) A Yellow-colored letter that says "You indicated in your application that you have been arrested. ...."

I never indicated in my application about any arrest. In N-400 part-10, out of Questions 15-21, I only answered Q16 as "yes" and explained the traffic tickets.

Anyone also received such letter?
