I have a speeding ticket , what should be answer to questiosn

15. Have you EVER committed a crime or offense for which you were NOT arrested?

16. Have you EVER been arrested, cited, or detained by any law enforcement officer
(including INS and military officers) for any reason?

17. Have you EVER been charged with committing any crime or offense?

18. Have you EVER been convicted of a crime or offense?

Put a post it note or put a seperate sheet of paper and mention it was not an arrest
and that it was a citation....

A suspected killer and a speeder with both click yes to #16, so DIFFERENTIATE!
 
If thats what happened, then yes. My only point is if it was a simple citation, mention it explicitly (my lawyer suggested while reviewing my app...)
