N-400 filling and parking ticket

Hi,
filling n-400 and have some doubt. I have 5 parking tickets . 4 was at my University. University records shows how much the fine and if it was appelaed. My question is:
1. Should I mention those in n400?
2. Also I don't remember if I paid the fine or not. Records also don't indicate and 3 tickets a re waiver in 1 fiscal year.
So can I write"don't remember"?
 
Parking tickets are not an issue. You do not need to disclose them as long as there was no court to collect them from you.
