N-400 employment information

Hi,

I am in the process of filling out the N-400 form and I got to the employment history section.

"Where have you worked during the last five years?. Begin with your current or latest employer and then list every place you have worked or studied for the last five years."

I am an IT specialist and I have worked mostly contracts for the last 5 years.

The company that hired me was in New York City, but all my contracts were in St Loius.

Example: Peak System is the staffing agency in New York City that found me contracts ( I get the paycheck from them) but I had contracts at Microsoft, Boeing, Dell, Citigroups in St Louis, where I actually live.

Should I write down the actually location where I have worked or should I put down the address of the staffing agencies ?

When you work for a staffing agency, you list them as your employer. If Peak System placed you at several firms, you only need to list Peak System on your N-400, regardless of how many assignments you've had through them.
