I need your help. My wife had her interview on Feb 13th 09 in philadalphia,
I am a citizen. Everything went well, she passed her test, but the officer said that the decission cannot be made, they are asking for more evidance that we live together, i sent them all the evidance that i could. They received those papers on March 4th. Since then i have not heard anything from them. I dont know what to do now. We are from delaware the last oath ceremony was held on march 5th in delaware. Please guide me what to do, who should i contact. The evidance they were asking was like house deed. bank statement etc. I bought my house before my wife came here so she was not on the deed, so i recently added her and sent that deed, same thing with the bank account. I did sent them 3 affidavits including 1 from next door neighbour that we together since she got here in Feb 2005.
Please advise should i just wait or should i contact someone, and who should i contact cuz if i dail the USCIS number and enter her case number , nothing is there, I will appreciate your help.
