Hello Gurus,

I diligently looked in the FAQ before posting this message. Pardon my ignorance, but I thought I would get some advise before filing the application.

I am within 90-day window for applying N-400 and I am all excited about it. I started filling out the Application and here are some of my questions.

1. On my last trip to Singapore on business, I missed my connection in Tokyo, and I stayed overnight in Tokyo. I had to go thru immigration in Tokyo and was put up in a hotel outside the airport till next morning. Do I list Japan as one of the countires I visited, though it was not my intention?

2. My next question is on Affliations. I do not any affliations except Alumni for my previous University (which is automatic I think), Apple Ceveloper Connection memebership and some other Computer Graphics related memberships. Do these need to be mentioned on the form? The problem is I dont even remember what academic associations I am member of.

3. Traffic Violations. I did try to look thru the FAQ before asking this question.

a. I got two traffic tickets in Michigan in the last six months and I
contested them court and both were dismissed "Without Prejudice".
Do I still need to mention them? They do not appear on my Driving
Record at all? The cops did not even appear in court for these cases.

b. I got a traffic ticket in March, 1998 in Utah. I attended a class by
the ticket never got onto my Driving Record. When I ordered the
Utah Driving Record it did not show up all. I dont even have records
or remember the dates to list it. Any suggestion? Also, since this
was over 7 years ago, do I need to list it?

c. I got a speeding ticket in Jan 1994 in Nevada while I was a Driver in
Utah. I paid the ticket, but I dont have any information regarding
the exact dates and how much was it for. Since this was over 10
10 years ago, should I still list it?

Thank you all for your time and help.

Best regards,
Nebulous

I had a 8 hour transit at Singapore where I went out of the airport to visit Singapore.

I included Singapore in the list of countries visited for the trip.

by the way, you do not have to post twice for the same question.

you could find my reply to your another (duplicate) post.

Thank you OCWorker and SFBayGuy for your responses. I posted twice just to be on the first page of the threads so that I could get some responses. Apologize for posting twice.
