N-400 CIS's instructions regarding handling the cases

Hello,
does anyone know where can one find the instructions regarding handling the N-400 applications by the USCIS, i.e. first: cash a check within 10 bus days; second: schedule fingerprints w/in 10 bus days; third: request a name check w/in 10 bus days etc

You can check out the adjudicator's field manual, but it doesn't give specific timelines between processing steps since they are dependent on resources and volume at both service centers and district offices.
