n-400 children who are already citizens

my child had a GC and after 18 was naturalized. I am applying now for citizenship; On the N-400, part 9, should I indicate that she is a US citizen (under the A# column) as the A# is irrelevant now?

Your form must be true as of the date you mail it. Past GC has no relevance, current status is what is relevant.
Part 9 of the form says A# (if your child has one).
#1. Your child does not have an A#.
#2. Feel free to write US citizen.

I would suggest that a past A# should be disclosed, but I doubt it has any relevance if you do or don't.
