Right now I think First Class Mail is the best because it is cheapest.

USCIS will send NOA. But if you are afaird they received yorui package and dump it into trash bin so you need not only
acknowlwdge from USCIS but also from USPS, then you can use certificed mail.

as long as they get it should be fine i guess, normally how many days does it take for u to get a NOA, after the n400 is delivered/received ? what does the NOA contain? does it give u directions for FP?
