I will answer the second part of the question : if you are already registered with the Selective Service System …all you need is to fill the two box that belong to Part#10 Section G. question number 33 ..where it says

Date Registered (mm/dd/yyyy) ‘ this is the first box
And where it says
Selective Service Number ‘ this is the second box

And if you don’t have this information ..you can call the Selective Service System phone number ..they have automated answering system where you can obtain the above info. just by providing your SSN or/and Date of Birth

1-847-688-6888 if you were born after December 31,1959
1-703-605-4047 if you were born before March 29, 1957

and their website is : http://www4.sss.gov/Default.htm

About the second part of your question …I am not sure ..I will let someone else answer …
But from this forum I can give you the following link that I think it talk about the same issue

My answers are from reading/experience or my own understanding, do not take it as a legal advice …and use it at your own risk.

well those are about traffic citations, my summonses are involved with traffic, so do i have to report them? the clerk at the court when i got my disposition said i dont have to report them, but i have feeling that the clerk just didnt want to do extra work.

Unless they involved DUI (alcohol or drug related), many people don't report them while filling out the N-400 application. However, there are also some people who do report them in the N-400 application. Regardless of what way you choose to go, at the time of the interview, do make sure that you take with you court disposition or proof payment of the fines.
