So my question is to know what happened after you are asked to withdraw your application form at the interview because your application have not been filed in the 90 days period after that you moved to another state?
Are they going to reschedule quickly?
Are you going to restart the process meaning finger print and everything or what happens ?

It’s going to take the same amount of time as anyone else filing now will take. The fact that you filed before will be irrelevant.

They will probably waive it in that case if you're refiling within six months of when it was previously taken.
