N-400 application transfer to NBC

I filed N-400 about a 15 months ago with after waiting so long i have received this notice that my case has been transfered to National benefit center, Has anyone experience this before?
Thanks for you opinion on this matter.
 
Cases are transferred to NBC from the service center or lockbox while they await for an interview slot to be available at the DO. Since you applied before the lockbox process came into place, it appears that your case was at the service center while your name check was pending.
 
exactly same story here. Oh my god exactly same. Your name is cleared awaiting for entry which NSC have no more access to it, so NBC will update your profile within 30 days, then either of two things will happen: 2FP or your will be placed in Q for DO for interview, normally your case will be given special attention at DO, because it has been delayed 15 months. You may get oat letter on the day of interview.
