Entered US 1986 (20 years old) with F-1 student visa (born May 1967)
Graduated with B.Sc and M.S. on March 1992
Worked Under Practical training from Jan 1992 and applied for H1-B work permit and received it sometime in 1992. Dont have record of when.
Applied and Receive Permanent Resident Status in 1994 (after Bday May, > 26 Years old). Hence i did not require to sign up for Selective services

But the issue is i dont have records of my H1-B and company is no longer exist.
My interview is in 3 weeks for N-400

Any suggestions ?

p.s. college will write a letter stating im full time student from Jan 1986 till March 1992

Your immigration status at the time is self evident that you weren't required to register. USICS has your H1b on record as part of your case file.

I don't believe USCIS wants applicants to prove that they were here on non-immigrant status before age of 26. Hence you don't need your H1B or that letter from univ of your F1 status.

What makes you think that you need these documents during your interview? And I am sure your file will have records for these anyway.

You are over 31, so the Selective Service registration (or lack thereof) becomes largely irrelevant for naturalization, even if you were supposed to register and didn't.

Thanks for response
what do you mean over 31 ? (yes im 43 now) - I was 26 + 3 months when i was granted PR (green card)

Im relieved in a way that i dont have to go and search or BEG my old employer whom Im not crazy about getting a letter stating my employment dates and was under H1-B work permit. I do have my college write me a letter stating my full time student status for 1986-1991.

Jack didn't want to hurt your feelings, because you are now a senior citizen.....lol!!! Wow...43 years, that's old dude...I am sure you have vivid memory of Communism....

31 is the "magic" age because that marks 5 years beyond the last date when you could register (i.e. your 26th birthday), and the statutory period for good moral character is 5 years. So for men who apply after their 31st birthday, Selective Service registration or lack thereof becomes largely irrelevant to naturalization.

I do have my college write me a letter stating my full time student status for 1986-1991.

You won't need it, and don't volunteer it. You have a clean immigration history and are so far past 31 that it's 99.999% sure the interviewer won't ask for any evidence of your what your status was back then.
