I got a court summons for not paying apartment rent and subjected to eviction twice on March 2011 and July 2012 by the same landloard due to financial difficulties ...i've paid and settled under oath settled and paid in full twice and presently still living in the same apartment and not been evicted .
Is this will be an issue of good moral character because of the court record ?
Do i need to provide this information ...and check yes under question 16 in the N_400 Application.
Please advise.
