Hi, Im giong to file N 400 application. I was self employed for the past 4 years and got 1099 forms from each company I provided services. I don't have any business and worked as en independent contractor. When filling employment history, what should I write as a business or company name and address? Should I put my name and address or mention companies and their addresses? For some of the companies I used to work from home but there were 3 companies I had to go to the office and do my job from there.
