hi! I have question about finger print.
let me explain little bit,

I sent N400
then I received FP letter on 08/17/08 which FP date is 08/26/08

however I couldn't make the time,so I did request for rescheduling the date of FP and send the paper on 08/17/08.( I had copy one)

on 08/26/08 I received letter new FP schedule date
witch the FP date is the same date as first FP date.

so I made phone call to the 1-800#
but I never could hold any person ,so I went to rush to the USCIS,
and explain what's going on. they say * don't mind * and took my FP
and took the copy of wich I sent USCIS to Reschedule.

to the end ,I got FP :) so I thought everything worked out well.

BUT today I received FP notice again which notice date is same date as I did FP at USCIS.

I called to the 1-800 again but couldn't hold any person on the phone.

what should I do??should I go visit to USCIS again to tell I did FP about a week ago? or show up to again 2nd FP?

07/28/08 - Sent N400
08/01/08 - NOA
08/17/08 - FL
08/26/08 - FP

there's an option somewhere in the menu where you can talk to a CS rep. try that and you'll be connected to a human.

jen1968,

Call 1-800-375-5283 and select the following options:

1-1-2-0

This will let you talk to the live person in less than a minute. Call before 6pm your local time.

wow!! thank you very much for quick reply!!
thank you very much ,Washburn27 & Atlanta_Brother
I will make phone call tomorrow morning

1-1-2-0, 1-1-2-0 !! it's so easy to remember!!!;-))

You already did your FP so just disregard the reschedule notice you received. No need to worry about this as it is the same as doing a FP walk in after after you requested to reschedule. USCIS communication wasn't able to intercept the fact that you did your FP already and sent out the reschedule FP notice.

Bobsmyth ,thanks for your post!

well.. up date.I called to USCIS and talked with person,
then I was told that go to FP again.
so I am going to do it again on the re-schedule time/date.
