Called the Magic Number:
My case E3-INDIA, PD 8/96, ND 10/99, FP 03/06/01 EAC 00-004-XXXXXX
Folks,
Called VSC and The message has changed to as follows for Myself and My Wife:
"We have requested additional information or evidence and it was mailed on April 12".

Did any one get the same message and is it only an RFE for employment letter, W-2\'s and Continue of offer from the company. (Please Help)

I never changed JOBS since I switched from F-1 to H-1. Sticked with the same BS employer who is missusing big time. Why an RFE Now?

Don`t worry. Its a RFE.. VSC is randomly sending RFE to many of us.

Generally its for employment letter, last 2-3 months pay stubs or last 3 years tax papers. Your lawyer will receive it in around weeks time. Then you will have to respond.
