Friends , Just checked VSC AVM , it says , " we have received your reply to our request for additional info , this case takes between 365-540 days , but because the preliminary process is completed , now it is taking approx. 180 days " ,
Please in light me if this is a standard recording or they mean to delay the case 180 days , please help

This is a standard AVM message. Nothing is unusual in your case based on this message. NSC reports this period as 60 days instead of 180 days.

Hope this will become 7 days in the (near?) future. Senate and Congress has requested that INS report their processing to them, and recently the A.General have been asked about his reaction to this requirement and got a positive reply!
