Our GC got approved in 2/2002. Becasue of family emergency, my wife and my daughter (USC) went to India in a adv. parole on 12/2001. I got my GC (plastic card) but my wife stayed in India. Since then she was out of US to till date. Now if she wants to come to US how can he come, is it should I go through I-824 if so, how much time it takes for I-824 to get cleared and when she can come to US.
My status is I went to India on a re-entry permit (2 years) and I came back to US 5 months back.
