My wife's FP still not received

Both my wife and me have taken FP April 14th, My status changed to"FP reveived baba... " at April 20th, but until now, no change has happened for my wife's FP, is there anything I need to worry about?

I am also in the same boat. Many suggest to call FBI and find out if they sent wife's FP info. But, to the best of my knowledge everything is done by the computers unless it rises a FLAG. At that time, FBI comes into picture.
