My wife's EAD still not coming

We filed I-140 and I-485 concurrently in the beginning of April. My wife is associated with my file. My EAD comes in 20 days. But my wife still is waiting for EAD. It has been 45 days already. Is it normal?

Hi Clavinovahan,

Funny how USCIS works, I am the primary applicant with 485 pending both me and my wife have filed for EAD and AP. She got her EAD and AP approved and also got them in the mail a few days ago, As for me i havent seen anything so far. not even a LUD.

No it is not normal, please call USCIS asap. Regarding EAD's it doen't take that much time at all. Mine and my wife got it in 30 days and everyother people the same. Please post your PD, I 140/485 filing dates and I can take a guess of what is happening..
 
I did enquire with my lawyer regarding this and they said we have to wait for a couple more weeks and see. If nothing happens then they will call USCIS. Maybe at least then they will dig up my case.

Wife EAD

I got my EAD approved in a week. My wife EAD is still pending and just received an RFE from USCIS emial account. Any guess what it should be?

I think it could be mostly photos as long your check is encased , don't worry too much, please update whether it is paper based or efiling..thnkx
