My wife ran away couple hours before my stoke interview without any notice. I went to the interview by myself and explain to the IO, he let me write the reasons on a peace a paper, signed and dated, he said i will get the result in the mail within 90 days. My questions are:

1- Can i be approved?

2- What should i do just in case, they will want to deny my application?

Approval definitely won't happen without another interview. You'll be denied, or if you're lucky they'll schedule another interview and expect both of you to show up.

Your wife ran away! You do realize running away is not the same as simply did not show up. Running away implies some fear.

Does your wife love you? Does she have a criminal record? Did she take money from you, i.e. is this a SHAM MARRIAGE?

Unless your wife has some anxiety issues, this looks either like a SHAM MARRIAGE or a marriage with no legs.

No, you will not be approved.

What should you do? Wait, and if your marriage is legit, get your wife to see some form of mental health counselor.
